We are seeking experienced Freelance Assessors in Midlands / Gloucestershire to assess learners pursuing the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of social care by supporting and guiding learners through their qualification journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments for learners studying for the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help learners meet the required standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of learner progress.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning experience tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure assessments meet both the qualification and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience:

• Hold a relevant assessor qualification.
• Extensive experience working within the adult social care sector.
• Knowledge of the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
• Experience in providing support and guidance to learners.
